Shipping information
If your item is in stock, we'll ship that out straight away. If not, then it takes us about 5-10 working days to make your garment to order. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched with your tracking details. Fees and estimated delivery times are shown below.
United Kingdom
1-2 business days
£5 flat rate for all products (except gift cards) using DPD
£3 for physical gift cards only using Royal Mail Tracked service
Rest of Europe
3-5 business days
£12 using Royal Mail Tracked service
Rest of world
5-7 working days
£20 using Royal Mail Tracked service
Customs
UK orders have no duties and VAT is included in the price of each item. For international orders you’re responsible for all import duties, tax and administration charges that may be applied by your local customs. These charges vary depending on the country and if you’re unsure we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.

Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, get in touch and we'll make things right.
Refunds
We offer a full hassle-free refund for items returned in an unworn and saleable condition within 30 days from receipt. This includes all tags, packaging and for swimwear the hygiene sticker must be intact.
We'll ask you to package up any items to return and send this back to us at Usual Objections, Unit 5, Colour House, Bentley Road, London N1 4FG.
For international orders we do not refund any customs duties, local sales taxes and handling charges. All packages must be marked “Goods returned under warranty” for customs purposes.
Once we receive your returned items we’ll issue the refund. Refunds will be made back to the original payment method used for the purchase and can take up to 10 business days to be processed.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item you can visit our Atelier to try on an alternative product or get in touch to arrange an exchange. Depending on the adjustment to your order, we can issue a refund or collect payment if needed.
Gifts
If you received a gift, you may return it in exchange for a credit note to be used at a later date or please ask the person who bought you the gift to request a refund directly from us.
