Shipping information
To avoid waste we only hold minimal stock. If your item is in stock, we'll ship that out straight away. If not, we'll be making your items to order, which takes us about 10-15 working days or let you know if it will take longer.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched with your tracking details. If you need your order urgently, for a gift or for an event, please feel free to reach out to us. We'll do our best to prioritise it where possible.Fees and estimated delivery times are shown below.

Customs / Tax
UK orders have no duties and VAT is included in the price of each item. For international orders you’re responsible for all import duties, tax and administration charges that may be applied by your local customs. These charges vary depending on the country and if you’re unsure we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.

UK Returns
We offer a full refund on items returned within 30 days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? No problem. Let us know and we’ll arrange an exchange.
If the new item costs more, we’ll send a payment link. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Start a Return
Use our returns portal to begin.
You’ll need your order number and the email used to place the order. Just follow the steps on screen.
Once you’ve completed the process, we’ll email your shipping label and instructions.
Sending Your Return
No printer needed.
Pack your items and take them to any Royal Mail drop-off point. Show your QR code and they’ll take care of the rest.
If you’re near our studio, you can also return your item in person. Just bring your proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds are sent back to your original payment method and can take up to 10 business days to appear.
International Orders
For international orders, start your return in our returns portal and follow the steps on screen.
You’ll need your order number (including the #) and the email address used to place the order.
Please note: customs duties, local sales taxes, and handling charges can’t be refunded.
International returns carry a fee. The cost varies depending on your country and the weight of the parcel.
Gifts
If you received a gift, you may return it in exchange for a credit note to be used at a later date or please ask the person who bought you the gift to request a refund directly from us.
