Free shipping and returns for UK orders over £50, otherwise £5 flat rate charge for clothing and £3 for physical gift cards.

Run / swim in our product for 30 days and return it back to us if you're not happy. We know how hard it can be trying new gear. If it doesn't work for you, get in touch to arrange a return and get your refund.

Any returned items will be washed and offered back to sale at a reduced price to avoid waste.

If you're looking to do a big event, want to buy someone a special gift, or maybe get team kit made, get in touch.

We can print or embroider logos, initials and can even do custom designs on our existing products.

If you want to develop your own range, we can offer design, sampling and production on a white-label basis. See more on our sampling page.

If it's a simple alteration then we're more than happy to make changes for you which we can then keep on record so every time you order we can accommodate the same pattern changes. These are typically offered free of charge depending on the alteration.

We offer optional internal pockets in our swimsuits for customers who wish to use a breast prosthesis following a mastectomy. We offer this as a free alteration for any of our swimsuit styles.

Our standard size range is XS to XL.

We're looking to extend our tops to 5XL but this will take a bit of product development and testing - if you're interested just message us on hello@usualobjections.com.

The shorts will take a bit longer, most likely something we'll look at doing later in the year.

Our women's swimsuits come in 30 sizes from 2XS to 5XL and 3 different body lengths, Petite, Regular and Tall.

We’ve limited our online swim collection to minimise waste. If you’re looking for a petite body length or plus size range, contact hello@usualobjections.com. 

You can always come to the work:shop to try on all sizes and if we don’t have something in stock, we can make it to order for you typically within 5-10 working days. 

We already have women swimming in our suits with larger bust / chest sizes. 

Our suits are double lined with compressive fabrics, and have been designed with support in mind - the thin strap suit has cross-over straps with reinforced stitching.

We are working on a new style for spring/summer 2025 with more coverage and support on the back, as well as an internal bra shelf to include optional padding.

Plus the three different body lengths and adjustable straps means we can support a wider range of bra cup sizes.

We have a few ideas up our sleeve for the next swim kit we’ll be developing. This includes a swimsuit with more coverage and wider mens trunks as well as jammer style. We will also bring back our bikini for Spring / Summer 2025. 

We recently said goodbye to our scoop back style, but if you fell in love with this style, don’t worry we can always do a custom order.

We carry minimal stock, but have all sizes available to try on, so if we don't have your size in the right colour or print we can make this to order ready to collect or ship to you.

For online orders, you'll receive a Confirmation email to let you know that we have received your order. If you can’t find this in your inbox, please check your junk folder first, or contact us.

To avoid waste we only hold minimal stock. This means we'll most likely be making your items to order which can take between 5-10 working days.

Once your order is ready, we'll send you another email with tracking details if this has been shipped, or letting you know it's ready for collection if you selected Pick Up.

If you're buying a gift for someone else you can add a personal note during the checkout process which we can include on a card. Add your recipient's name and address in the shipping details.

You can pay using all major credit cards, including Amex, and Google Pay and Apple Pay on your mobile. You can also pay with a gift card, which you can buy or redeem online or in store.

We normally ship your garments within 5-10 days of receiving your order. If you need anything sooner just get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

You can collect any online orders for free from our work:shop in Dalston, East London. Select Pick Up during the checkout process.

We have free shipping for UK orders over £50.

There is a flat rate of £5 for shipping of all of our products (except gift cards). We use DPD for all our packages which normally takes about 1-2 business days.

E-gift cards are sent via email (for free) and Physical gift cards are sent using Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class with a £3 charge.

EU shipping (including Republic of Ireland) has a flat rate of £12 and Rest of World Shipping £20. We use Royal Mail or Parcelforce and deliveries typically take between 7-14 business days.

Any orders outside of the UK are subject to customs fees (taxes and duties) which you must pay in order to receive your order.

You can get a full refund or exchange any unwanted items returned to us within 30 days, zero hassle.

Any refunds can take up to 10 business days to be credited back to your account. The refund will be made back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

We offer free repairs for life on all our garments. As we make everything ourselves we can keep your garments going for as long as possible.

If something is beyond repair, we'll recycle the materials and give you 30% off something new.

Just contact us with details of the product and damage and we'll get it sorted for you.

Please note, unfortunately we can't repair products from other brands -this requires too much effort to work out fit and construction which we don't currently have capacity for. We can recycle any garments for you free of charge - we use First Mile to repurpose textiles into new materials such as insulation, sports equipment filler and carpet underlay.

There's no plastic in our packaging, so you can just put everything in the usual recycling bin.

If you prefer to receive your garments without any packaging, just let us know and we can ship your suit in a paper envelope.

Any garments that have reached their end of life can be recycled with us. We use First Mile to recycle our old fabric scraps. These are repurposed as new materials such as insulation, sports equipment filler and carpet underlay.

Just send in or drop off your old kit and we'll add it to our next recycling drop.
