We’re currently looking for a social media and marketing assistant to join our small team. You will be involved in building up our sales and marketing, including content creation, outreach and help develop our retail and e-commerce presence. This will be the perfect role for someone creative who has a desire to create content and help shape the creative direction of our brand. Must be interested in running, wellbeing (and ideally swimming too).

We make and sell our own run and swim apparel from our workshop in London, focusing on sustainability and quality. About the role
You’ll be an integral part of our team to help grow our e-commerce site and social media presence as well as support activities within the workshop including merchandising, retail, and managing customer orders/returns. There will be plenty of opportunities to get stuck in and contribute to many different aspects of the business.
Duties include:
- Conduct social media research, highlights trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for content (video, photos, articles)
- Create ad-hoc content for Instagram and TikTok
- Coordinate photo-shoots and liaise with photographers, models and location
- Help develop and implement digital marketing strategies across all channels - web, social, SEO, ads, email, etc
- Support with outreach including liaising with ambassadors, run/swim clubs, and press
- Analyse and interpret usage and analytics data (Google Analytics, Google and Facebook Ads, etc
- Support e-commerce activities including product photography and managing product listings
- Assist with customer queries and managing customer orders/returns during busy times.
- Support with client liaison and project management relating to white label productions.
An ideal candidate:
- Must be interested in running (and ideally swimming)
- Experienced content creator on social (either for personal or business use)
- Able to use photoshop, illustrator and basic video editing software (e.g. Capcut)
- Have a strong visual eye
- Be analytical and interested in data to drive performance
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Work as part of a team
The is a full time permanent role based in our studio in Dalston, East London, although some off-site travel may be required. Flexible working hours if needed. Part-time or freelance also considered - minimum 3 days per week. £26,000 annual salary + 25 days holiday. Free run/swim apparel and opportunity to test products prior to launch.
