Refunds and Exchanges

Items must be returned in an unworn and saleable condition with the original packaging within 30 days from receipt. Once we receive your items, we will process the refund or exchange.

A refund will have to be made back to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you received a gift we can offer an exchange or credit note, or please ask the person who bought you the gift to request a refund directly with us.

For international orders we do not refund any customs duties, local sales taxes and handling charges. All packages must be marked “Goods returned under warranty” for customs purposes.

Faulty goods

From time-to-time manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think there is a fault with your product, please contact us. We offer free repairs for life but items that are damaged due to excessive or long-term usage are not considered faulty.
