Our policy

We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange for any items returned in an unworn and saleable condition within 30 days from receipt.

A refund will have to be made back to the original payment method used for the purchase. We can also offer exchanges subject to availability.

We offer free returns for orders placed in UK. Unfortunately we currently do not offer free returns for international orders, but we're happy to offer an extended returns period.

If you received a gift we can offer an exchange or credit note, or please ask the person who bought you the gift to request a refund directly with us. Please state this clearly when returning the item.


To request a refund you’ll need to login to our website and find your order from the My account page. Click to view the order and from here you can select the items you wish to refund. Once complete, we will provide you with a returns label which you’ll need to print off. Then package up any items to return, attach the shipping label on the outside of your package, and send this back to us using the return details on the label provided.

For international orders we do not refund any customs duties, local sales taxes and handling charges. All packages must be marked “Goods returned under warranty” for customs purposes.


If you wish to make an exchange you can either place a new order online for the replacement item and then return what you don’t want to keep as above. Or just contact us requesting your exchange and we’ll be happy to discuss your needs and swap any items over to you.

Faulty goods

From time-to-time manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your product has suffered a manufacturing fault, please contact us. We offer free repairs but items that are damaged due to excessive or long-term usage are not considered faulty.
